Manufacturing Process

 

Raw Material Inspection: High-purity quartz, coke, and low-impurity steel scrap are selected and tested to ensure stable production.

 

Electric Furnace Smelting: Electric furnace smelting is employed, with temperature and furnace conditions controlled to ensure stable ferrosilicon alloy composition.

 

Crushing & Screening: Crushing and screening are performed according to customer requirements to control product particle size.

 

Final Testing & Packing: Finished products are packaged after chemical testing, and a Certificate of Analysis (COA) is provided.

 

Quality Control

 

Raw Material Control: Compositional testing of quartz, coke, and steel scrap is conducted to control impurity content at the source.

 

Production Monitoring: Furnace temperature, smelting parameters, and alloy composition are monitored during production to ensure product stability.

 

Final Product Testing: Testing includes: Silicon (Si), Aluminum (Al), Carbon (C), Phosphorus (P), and Sulfur (S). A COA is provided for each batch to ensure quality traceability.
