CaFe Cored Wire

 

CaFe cored wire is a type of core wire product formed by wrapping calcium-iron alloy powder in low-carbon steel strip and then rolling it.

It is fed directly into the bottom of the ladle via a wire feeder, allowing calcium to penetrate deep into the molten steel, thereby improving calcium utilization and preventing rapid oxidation and loss of calcium in the air.

Compared to directly adding calcium-iron alloy ingots, flux-cored wire offers the following advantages:
