Silicon Barium Calcium (SiBaCa) Cored Wire is an efficient metallurgical additive widely used in secondary steel refining and foundry applications. It is produced by filling high-quality Silicon Barium Calcium alloy powder into a cold-rolled steel strip and forming it into a continuous cored wire.

During the wire feeding process, the cored wire is injected deep into molten steel through a wire feeding machine. This enables the alloy to react in the optimal position, significantly improving element recovery while reducing oxidation loss. As a result, Silicon Barium Calcium Cored Wire offers excellent deoxidation, desulfurization, inclusion modification, and steel purification performance.

  2. Ductile Iron: Long-term inoculation to prevent spheroidization decay, refine graphite spheres, eliminate white cast iron, and improve the toughness of castings.
  3. Gray Cast Iron / Vermicular Cast Iron: Refines graphite, improves machinability, and is suitable for the production of cylinder blocks and machine tool components.
  4. Refining Process: Ladle refining and continuous casting; high alloy recovery rates; reduces smelting costs.
  5. Other: Deoxidation of welding rods, impurity removal from non-ferrous alloys, and automated continuous casting with minimal dust generation.
